Public/Private Partnerships

Committed to helping your business thrive.

Deep industry expertise allows us to bring valuable insights and actionable ideas to our clients. We’re ready to help guide your business toward its strategic goals through customized financial solutions.

Expertise

As part of a large, U.S.-based bank with a deeply rooted regional presence and solid relationships among over 500 state/local public-sector clients across the country, KeyBanc Capital Markets excels at understanding the sensitivities and needs of local constituencies and public officials. We are an objective, product-agnostic lender and advisor focused on supporting clients in achieving their financial goals.

Our infrastructure and public-private partnerships (P3) practice actively finances infrastructure projects in the U.S. This includes either public finance/municipal tax-exempt transactions or project finance/P3s on a non-recourse, project finance basis to deliver public infrastructure assets. With private participation in the financing of these public assets, risk allocation and operating efficiencies between the public and private sector are maximized over a project’s life cycle (both during construction, and long-term operations and maintenance).
