Key Possibilities card registration has changed to everywherereward.com. You can still manage every aspect of your card by phone, or register your card for online access to your balance and transaction histories.

IMPORTANT update required for your Key Possibilities card

If you previously set a personal identification number (PIN) for your Key Possibilities card, you must reset your PIN in order to complete any PIN based transactions, including ATM withdrawals or inquiries as of June 8, 2023. To re-establish your PIN, please call 1-888-881-8969.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Effective June 21, 2023, Pathward®, N.A. is purchasing all Key Possibilities Gift Card accounts (the “Accounts”). On that date, the following changes to the Key Possibilities Gift Card Cardholder Agreement (the “Cardholder Agreement”) will be made:

  • Identity of Bank: The Accounts are now at Pathward, N.A. All references in the Cardholder Agreement or other will refer to Pathward going forward.
  • Arbitration: The arbitration agreement in your Cardholder Agreement is amended to add Pathward as a party. If you wish to opt out of this change, please send your rejection notice to 5501 S Broadband Lane, Sioux Falls, SD 57108 within 60 days of receiving this letter.
  • Governing Law: Your Agreement will now be governed by and interpreted in accordance with federal law and, to the extent state law applies, the laws of the State of South Dakota, except as otherwise provided in the arbitration agreement.
  • Privacy Policy: Pathward’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at GLBA-Policy-Notice.pdf (pathward.com) will now govern the use your of personal information.
  • FDIC Insurance: If you have not already done so, please register your Card with identifying information by visiting everywherereward.com. Example: logging into everywherereward.com or call 1-888-881-8969 to ensure eligibility for FDIC insurance, subject to applicable limitations and restrictions of such insurance. Unless you register your Card with identifying information, your funds will not be eligible for FDIC insurance.

All other terms and conditions of the Cardholder Agreement will remain the same and all existing Cards will be able to be used until they expire in accordance with the terms of the Cardholder Agreement. Please contact Customer Service if you have any questions or concern and these changes.
