The Key2Benefits website (key2benefits.com) has been updated. If you registered your card prior to October 19, 2021, you will have to re-register and create a new USER ID. All previous transaction history and account settings, such as real-time alerts, will be moved to your new account after registration.

All address changes related to your New York Department of Labor debit card must be processed by the Department of Labor.
