Start using your card immediately once it’s activated.

To activate your Key2Benefits card, you must call the number on the back of the card and follow the prompts. Start using your card immediately once it's activated.

You’ll need to provide your:

  • Key2Benefits card number and CVV (the 3-digit number on the back)
  • Last 4 digits of your Social Security number

What Will Happen When I Call to Activate My Keys2Benefits Card?

Here's what you can expect from your fast, secure card activation phone call.

  1. Hear a welcome message.
  2. Press 1, "To activate your card".
  3. Enter or say your card number.
  4. Create a Personal Identification Number (PIN). You’ll use this PIN at ATMs and at checkout locations when you choose to receive cash back with a purchase.
