Our Key Accounts Manager (KAM) solution has a dedicated module in KeyNavigator to manage the master and sub-accounts. Reporting and transfer capabilities are facilitated through the Key Accounts Manager menu item under Specialized Services.

Monthly Summary Report

To further simplify the process, you will receive a monthly summary report via KeyNavigator. This report clearly describes all sub account transaction activity and delivers the detail you need to reconcile efficiently and accurately.

Daily Sub Account Balance Report

The Daily Sub Account Balance Report shows all previous end of day balances for all sub accounts.

This report is searchable by sub account name, and can be downloaded into CSV (Excel-compatible).

Monthly Lifecare Activity

For Lifecare and Non-Profit users, additional daily and monthly reports are available. These reports show direct deposits received and any automated transfers from the sub-accounts to the master account.
