Zero Balance Accounts
Zero Balance Accounts (ZBA) are useful for automating daily funds transfers between deposit accounts to eliminate idle balances by concentrating unused funds daily into a single account. View a daily report of automatic transfers between accounts.
Viewing the Reports
From the Information Reporting main page, go to the Other Reports segment and select the view button next to Zero Balance Accounts to display the latest previous day ZBA report of all automatic transfers.
Viewing the Reports
To retrieve a ZBA report for specific accounts and / or dates, select the filter button instead.
Interpreting the Reports
Below the Master accounts, corresponding subsidiary accounts are reported, with summary debit and credit activity and resulting automatic transfer amounts.

A summary for all corresponding subsidiary accounts is reported. If you have our KeyTRAC service, your personalized location identifiers will be included in the account listing.

A summary of the net automatic transfer debits and credits to the master accounts is reported, along with its closing ledger balance.
