Interview

What do you like about your role?

I wanted to move away from project management and focus all my efforts on analytics. Key has given me the opportunity to do that. For years Key has been working to become a very data-driven company and there are so many new analytics initiatives popping up. Nothing is business as usual and I love that. I get to be involved in projects that are proactively changing how clients bank with us. My work is optimizing decision making. It’s very exciting, fun and truly impactful.

What do you like most about Key’s culture?

There is a different way of thinking here. Encouraging employees to be authentic and to be comfortable with bringing their true selves to work is ingrained in our leadership and all of us really. I don’t feel that I have to be any different at work than I am at home. Also, Key makes a substantial investment in its employees through training, rewards, benefits, etc. I feel supported in all the ways that are important to me.

Tell me about your team…

We are very analytical and very diverse in our experience and backgrounds. Collectively we are a wealth of knowledge, a mix of new and seasoned employees, statisticians and not – all data-driven and bringing our unique capabilities to the table for the greater good. The experience with this team has been very refreshing for me. Our ability to stay aligned and supportive of one another is very important in the ever-expanding and changing role of analytics as a business function.

Key is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
