About the Finance Rotational Analyst program
The mission of the finance analyst rotational program is to deliver a top-quartile professional development program that consistently produces diverse, high-performing, long-tenured future leaders of Finance and Key. Our analyst program combines in-depth training, a variety of job assignments, broad networking opportunities, and meaningful interaction with Key leaders.
As a finance rotational analyst, you will develop and learn soft and hard skills that will enable you to become a trusted financial partner and advisor across the company. Following the Enterprise Analyst Program training, finance analysts will attend one week of finance-specific training and then take part in four six-month rotations (24 months total) through Key finance areas, including financial planning and analysis, corporate treasury, corporate strategy, investor relations, line of business finance, finance enablement, and controllership/accounting.
Job Responsibilities
Essential job functions include:
- Preparing and analyzing reports
- Creating and delivering presentations
- Sourcing and analyzing data
- Developing forecasts
- Variance analysis
- Assembling business reviews and stakeholder presentations
- Building and using financial spreadsheets and models
- Working on ad hoc projects
- Interacting with internal clients, stakeholders, and leadership
What does the program offer?
- Five-week foundational training in financial systems, accounting, corporate finance, risk analysis, presentation skills, PowerPoint, business writing, advanced Excel®, and more
- Experience with four unique divisions of Finance for six-month rotations each

What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or other related majors
- Relevant work or internship experience
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities
- Strong financial and/or accounting acumen
- Good analytical and decision-making skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft® Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel®
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
