KeyBank Technology, Operations & Services (KTOS) is KeyBank’s shared services organization for technology, operational, and servicing functions supporting business partners and clients across all lines of business. KTOS provides efficient, reliable, and secure technology for KeyBank. Its delivery model maximizes the return on IT spend and orchestrates the efficient use of corporate information and technology assets while supporting innovation that creates competitive distinction.

About the program

The KeyBank Technology, Operations & Services Rotational Analyst Program will begin with a two-week orientation that will include training in soft skills, technical business software, and line of business specific acumen. The KTOS analyst program is 18 months in duration consisting of three six-month rotations.

Rotations in which analysts may be placed include:

Technology Track: KTOS Technology Teams deliver innovative technology & solutions based on client need as well as build, design and improve upon systems and processes in multiple lines of business.

Possible Opportunities for placement:

  • Robotic Process Automation & Digitization
  • Architecture/Data Engineering
  • Network Infrastructure
  • Software Coding and Engineering
  • DevOps

Operations Track: KTOS Operational Teams Deliver world-class operations solutions and continual process improvements while supporting multiple lines of business.

Possible Opportunities for placement:

  • Reporting and Analytics
  • Payment Processing Operations
  • Business Risk and Controls
  • Continuous Improvement

Cyber/ Information Security Track: Information Security establishes and maintains security policy, standards and controls that foster the confidentiality, integrity, accountability and availability of Key's systems, networks and information.

Possible Opportunities for placement:

  • Security Architecture & Engineering
  • Cyber Security
  • Identity & Access Mgmt.
  • Third Party Security
  • IS Governance

Placement after rotations will be determined based on the strengths and interest of the individual and business need.

Positions are available in Albany, NY, Buffalo, NY and Cleveland, Ohio

What are we looking for?

  • Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program (primarily graduating by summer 2020)
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Computer Studies or related field
  • A minimum 3.3 GPA (preferred)
  • Relevant work or internship experience
  • Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities
