NOTE: KeyBank customer service does not handle questions regarding subpoenas or legal inquiries. And KeyBank does not accept service of subpoenas or attachments to the Subpoena Operations email address.

Reasonable Period of Time for a Response

KeyBank exercises reasonable efforts to respond in a timely manner to subpoenas that are validly issued and served in full compliance with applicable law, but such responses can take approximately 30-60 business days from receipt to complete depending on the complexity of your request. For a quicker response, limit the scope of your subpoena to only those records necessary for your legal matter and ensure your subpoena clearly lists uniquely identifying information, such as an account number, Social Security number or Tax Identification Number.

Fees for Compliance

KeyBank reserves the right to charge reasonable copying costs and administrative fees prior to the production of documents in response to any subpoena. Accordingly, KeyBank may issue an invoice to you. Except as otherwise permitted by law, KeyBank's subpoena compliance fees are as follows. These fees are subject to change:

• Research Costs — $20.00 per hour
• Delivery Fee — $15.00
• Cost of CD (if paper is not produced) — $5.00 per CD
• Cost of photocopies (if paper is produced) — $.20 per page

Domestication of Subpoenas

KeyBank requires the domestication of all non-governmental subpoenas issued by a Federal Court if an appearance or delivery of records is outside of 100 miles in which KeyBank conducts business. In addition, KeyBank requires the domestication of all civil subpoenas issued by a State Court outside of its footprint states.

Customer Privacy

KeyBank is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. Our Privacy Policy, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (15 U.S.C. § 6801 et seq.), the Right to Financial Privacy Act of 1978 (12 U.S.C. § 3401 et seq.), and other relevant state and federal privacy laws prohibit the release of customer or account information without express permission from the customer, except when disclosure is required by law or to comply with legal process that is properly served upon KeyBank.

Other KeyCorp Entities

Subpoenas must be addressed to the KeyCorp entity that maintains the requested records. All subpoenas must be issued and served separately upon the correct legal entity and in full compliance with applicable law before the KeyCorp entity will be obligated to respond to such subpoenas. The primary KeyCorp operating entities from which customer records are typically requested are KeyBank National Association; Key Investment Services LLC; and KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc.
