Go to Fraud and Disputes.

Choose Security Center from the main menu, then select Fraud and Disputes.

Make or review claims.

Check the status of claims you’ve already submitted or start a new claim.

You can open claims for fraud or suspicious activity in online banking. Depending on the details of the situation, you maybe given a number to call to complete your claim with the help of a fraud expert.

Suspicious activities include:

  • Individual transactions
    These might be debit, credit card, check, Zelle, or ATM transactions.
  • Accounts and transfers
    Including wire transfers or electronic funds transfers (known as ACH) such as direct deposits or bill payments, or fraud involving your Bill Pay or line of credit.
