Aaron Hill

Aaron Hill joined KeyBanc Capital Markets through its acquisition of Pacific Crest Securities, which he joined in 2013. Aaron is a senior member of the firm’s investment banking coverage team in the Communications & Infrastructure sector. He is experienced in all facets of private and public financings, mergers & acquisitions and restructurings for unified communication, data center, managed services, fiber, cable and traditional telecom companies. Aaron began his career in 1985 within the M&A group at The First Boston Corporation. He then joined Wasserstein Perella & Co. in 1989, and UBS in 1991, where he spent 16 years mostly focused on communications services company transactions. In 2007, Aaron joined Cowen & Company as head of Telecom and following that firm’s sale to Ramius LLC, he joined Thomas Weisel Partners in 2010 where he headed the Communications Group prior to that firm’s sale to Stifel. Aaron received an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration and a BA, cum laude, from Dartmouth College.
