KeyBank successfully onboarded full treasury solutions for Paynela, LLC ("Paynela"). KeyBank provides Paynela with a full suite of depository and treasury services, including API connectivity.

Paynela is an affordability solutions platform that facilitates various product programs for pharmaceutical companies to ensure financial assistance is delivered to patients and providers. The company is committed to making care more accessible through innovative payment solutions. Providing seamless, secure, and affordable payment solutions helps ensure patients have access to medications they need.

In March 2023, KeyBank successfully provided financing for leasehold improvements and equipment to Columbus Oncology Associates, Inc. for the buildout and opening of their new Cancer Center on the Westerville campus of OhioHealth. The expansion of care through this new location will provide a new level of cancer care for the Westerville, Ohio, community, including infusion, support services, imaging, clinical office space, and lab services. This is a continued collaboration between OhioHealth and Columbus Oncology and Hematology. KeyBank acted as Sole Lender on the transaction.

Trusted for over 30 years, Columbus Oncology Associates, Inc. is an accessible, friendly, and attentive cancer clinic. The clinic's practice specializes in every type of cancer and hematology diagnosis; so when meeting with an oncologist, a patient can feel confident they are starting a treatment plan with a professional who has years of experience.

In August 2022, KeyBank successfully closed $80 million of Senior Secured Credit Facilities for Grand River Aseptic Manufacturing, Inc. ("GRAM"). Proceeds from the facilities will be used to refinance existing debt and meet GRAM's working capital needs. KeyBank acted as Left Lead Arranger, Joint Bookrunner and Administrative Agent on the transactions.

Founded in 2010, GRAM is a best-in-class parenteral contract development and manufacturing organization with sterile fill and finish capabilities supporting customers across the development lifecycle, from clinical to commercial. GRAM is the partner of choice for leading pharmaceutical, biotech, and government customers. With a portfolio of large-scale commercial products and emerging clinical molecules, the Company has seven proprietary products and 14 generic products.

In June 2022, KeyBank successfully closed Senior Secured Credit Facilities for BestSelf Behavioral Health, Inc. ("BestSelf"). Proceeds from the facilities will be used to purchase a new building and future home of the Child Advocacy Center at BestSelf. KeyBank acted as Sole Lender on the transactions.

BestSelf Behavioral Health is an innovative organization formed through the merger of Child & Adolescent Treatment Services and Lake Shore Behavioral Health in June 2017. Both organizations served the Western New York community for a combined 120 years and are proven leaders in innovative delivery of  behavioral health services. Their shared reputation and stellar delivery of quality care in the community led the Boards of Directors of both organizations to the creation of what is now the largest community-based behavioral health organization serving children and adults of all ages in Western New York.

In May 2022, KeyBank successfully closed $11 million of Senior Secured Credit Facilities for Behavioral Health Solutions, LLC ("BHS"). Proceeds from the facility will be used to support the growth and capital needs of BHS. KeyBank acted as Sole Lender on the transaction.

BHS offers a comprehensive approach to mental health needs, specializing in special needs programs in nursing homes, as well as a full-service provider group that gives care across the continuum in nursing homes, hospitals and in the communities it serves. BHS has delivered care through in-person as well as an early adopter of virtual care delivering on the needs of its patients throughout the West.

KeyBank successfully closed $14 million of Senior Secured Credit Facilities for Innovive Health ("Innovive"). Proceeds from the facilities will be used to refinance existing debt and support Innovive working capital needs. KeyBank acted as Sole Lender on the transaction.

Formerly Nizhoni Health, Innovive Health’s unique home health model focuses on patients who have multiple medical comorbidities with complicating behavioral illness, treating and educating patients on their holistic well-being. In addition, Innovive has embraced and invested in innovation and new technology including being one of the early adopters in home health care of a cloud-based infrastructure and a fully integrated EMR.

Since inception in 2004, Innovive has played a vital role as the hub for a complex care team – coordinating with a multitude of specialists and providers across the continuum of care. Over several years, Innovive has built a strong clinical and operations team while establishing and expanding the company’s partnerships with healthcare organizations and world-class technology companies to fundamentally change the way care is delivered to this population.

On December 15, 2021, KeyBank successfully closed $24 Million of Senior Secured Credit Facilities for The Portland Clinic, LLP ("Portland Clinic"). Proceeds from the facilities will be used to refinance existing debt. Building upon KeyBank's partnership through collaboration on Sustainability, Payment Automation, and sharing industry leading insight, our teams worked in lockstep to achieve Portland Clinic's goals for 2022 and beyond. KeyBank acted as Sole Lender on the transaction.

2021 marked The Portland Clinic's 100th year of caring for the Portland Metropolitan community in Oregon. The clinic has over 100 physicians and clinicians in six locations specializing in primary care (family medicine, internal medicine and pediatrics), as well as numerous medical specialties. The clinic's mission is to build a trusted community collaborating to improve the health and well-being of those they serve.
