Matt Brischetto

Matt Brischetto joined KeyBanc Capital Markets through its acquisition of Pacific Crest Securities, which he joined in 2003. Matt has focused the majority of his 19-year investment banking career on Internet and Enabling Software. He has participated in public equity offerings for Shopify, Toast, Global-e, BigCommerce, VTEX, Hubspot, SEMrush, Double Verify, Airbnb, Lyft, Chegg, Coursera and Duolingo. He advised Convey in its sale to P44, Spoonflower in its sale to Shutterfly, DoubleVerify in its equity investment from Providence Equity, Mercent in its sale to CommerceHub, Lumens in its sale to Y Design Group, and Vacasa in its de-SPAC. He has participated in debt or credit transactions with Automattic, Toast, BFAI, TheKnotWorldWide, and SlickDeals. Matt graduated with an AB in Physics from Harvard College in 2002.
