John Brock

John Brock joined KeyBanc Capital Markets in 1985. During his career, John has accumulated broad-based transaction experience across a wide set of technology verticals. His transactions have included initial public offerings, both buy-side and sell-side M&A and capital raising for his clients. He has led more than 40 transactions for his clients as a Bookrunner, raising more than $6.5 billion. John founded the Technology Group at KeyBank where he has worked for over 30 years. He received a BS in Finance & Accounting from Miami University (OH) and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
