Maura Davalos is a Director focused on public finance transactions for acute care providers. Maura joined Cain Brothers in August 2020 and is responsible for originating and underwriting FHA insured financing for hospital and health systems. She has over 20 years of experience in the FHA hospital program. Maura has participated in over $2.5 billion in FHA hospital financing and will assist with expanding the hospital finance business.
Prior Experience
Prior to joining Cain Brothers, Maura was a Senior Vice President at AMS Health Care Mortgage Corporation working with hospital clients.
