Dan Gold is a Director focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising for clients for primary and value-based care companies as well as hospitals and health systems. Dan joined Cain Brothers in 2019 and has more than five years of healthcare investment banking experience. His notable transactions include advising MultiCare Health System on its formation of a joint venture to own and develop ambulatory surgery centers, Trinity Health on the sale of its membership interest in Gateway Health Plan to Highmark Health and its acquisition of a majority interest in Premier Health Consultants, MultiCare Health System’s acquisition of Capital Medical Center from LifePoint Health, and Quorum Health Corporation’s divestiture of Watsonville Community Hospital to Halsen Healthcare.
Prior Experience
Prior to joining Cain Brothers, Dan worked at Accenture as a Manager in the Health & Public Service group and was a 2013 Chicago Corps member with Teach For America.

Dan received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois and an Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago.
