Lee Sophocleous is a Director focused on advising public and private healthcare companies in a variety of merger and acquisition, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions. Lee joined Cain Brothers (KeyBanc Capital Markets) in 2012 and has more than seven years of investment banking experience. His notable transactions since joining include the sale of WEP Clinical to The Jordan Company, the sale of Zipnosis to Bright Health Group, the sale of CareMount Medical to Optum/UnitedHealth Group, the sale of Clinical Education Alliance to The Riverside Company, the merger of Summit Medical Group and CityMD, the sale of Global Healthcare Alliance to Cedar Gate Technologies, the sale of Renaissance Imaging Medical Associates to Radiology Partners, the recapitalization of Alteon Health with New Mountain Capital, and the recapitalization of Riverside Radiology with Excellere Partners.
