Erika Haanpaa is a Managing Director focused on the behavioral health sector where she assists clients with mergers & acquisitions and capital raising transactions. Erika joined Cain Brothers in 2018 and brings 10 years of investment banking and advisory experience, working with both private and public companies in a M&A, capital raising, and capital markets transactions. Her notable transactions include the sale of Good Neighbor to Sevita (f/k/a The Mentor Network), the sale of Caregiver to WindRose Health Investors, the sale of Invo Healthcare to Golden Gate Capital, the sale of RHA to Blue Wolf Capital and the sale of HealthDrive to Bain Capital Double Impact.
Prior Experience
Prior to joining Cain Brothers, Erika was a Vice President in the Consumer and Retail Investment Banking Group at KeyBanc Capital Markets. Erika’s prior experience also includes transaction advisory in KeyBanc Capital Markets’ Mergers and Acquisitions and Real Estate Investment Banking Groups.
Education
Erika earned a BS in Management from Purdue University and an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
