Patrick Allen is a Managing Director focused on healthcare services, provider-based practices, multi-site healthcare, and value-based healthcare organizations. Patrick joined Cain Brothers in 2024 and has over 20 years of experience advising public and private companies in a variety of merger and acquisition, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions.
Prior Experience
Prior to joining Cain Brothers, Patrick was at Piper Sandler & Company as a Managing Director, responsible for leading healthcare services coverage. Prior to joining Piper, Patrick was at Kaufman Hall & Associates for 10 years, where he led that firm's M&A practice. Patrick was also with CIT Group as part of the healthcare group and began his banking career at UBS, where he was part of the Healthcare and Insurance practice.
Education
Patrick earned a Bachelor of Science in political science from Santa Clara University and an Master of Business Administration in finance from the Loyola University of Chicago.
