Kyle Hemminger is a Director focused on public finance transactions for hospital and post-acute care providers. He joined Cain Brothers in August 2021 and has over 10 years of experience in a variety of capital raising and capital markets transactions. Kyle has participated in a variety of tax-exempt and taxable financings for not-for-profit acute care providers and both for-profit and not-for-profit senior living organizations utilizing the public municipal bond market, private/alternative lenders, commercial banking loans, FHA mortgage insurance programs, and the USDA financing.
Prior Experience
Prior to joining KeyBanc Capital Markets, Kyle was a Director at Lument Securities (formerly known as Lancaster Pollard) where he was responsible for healthcare and senior living investment banking in Texas and Arkansas. His prior experience also includes five years of service in the U.S. Army as a commissioned officer.
Education
Kyle earned a BS with a concentration in Economics from the United States Military Academy and an MBA from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University."
