Justin Ruchka

Justin Ruchka is a Director on KeyBanc Capital Markets’ Technology Investment Banking team, with a focus on Financial Software and Technology. He began his career as an investment banker more than a decade ago at Sherman & Company before moving to Wells Fargo Securities and eventually KeyBanc Capital Markets in 2019. Justin is a trusted advisor to founders, middle market companies, large corporate clients, financial sponsors, and boards of directors on strategic matters such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, spin-offs, levered buyouts, debt placements, equity capital raises, and strategic investments. Justin’s experience includes over 100 M&A and capital-raising transactions totaling more than $75 billion in value. His sector expertise includes Payments, Financial Fraud, and Compliance Software, Vertical Financial Software (including WealthTech, InsurTech, and BankTech), and the intersection of Vertical Software and Payments.

Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Duquesne University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and has also been a guest lecturer on the topics of investment banking and corporate valuation.
