Tom Mazzucco

Tom Mazzucco is Managing Director and Head of Global Internet & Enabling Technologies at KeyBanc Capital Markets. Tom has more than 25 years of investment banking experience and has covered the Internet sector since 1997. Prior to joining KBCM Technology Group in May 2018, Tom had built or led the Internet franchises at many leading financial institutions including Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers, UBS, Citigroup and most recently Jefferies. During his career, Tom has provided corporate finance solutions and strategic M&A advice to many of the world's leading Internet companies including among others, Amazon, eBay, Google, JD.com, Microsoft, Netflix, Priceline, Shutterfly, SoftBank, Tencent Music, The Trade Desk, Yelp, YY and Zillow. He has extensive experience across a broad spectrum of investment banking products and services and is recognized as one of the most experienced Internet bankers globally.
