Stacy Moritz

Stacy has been a member of the Syndicated Finance team for 15 years during which time she has successfully syndicated over 200 transactions, raising over $25 billion of capital. Stacy is responsible for the origination, structuring, pricing, and syndication of investment grade and leveraged loans for clients of the Institutional and Corporate Bank. Earlier in Stacy’s career in Debt Capital Markets, she developed the Utilities and Healthcare Real Estate practices of the Syndicated Finance Group. More recently, Stacy has been responsible for the syndication of facilities which provide financing for Technology, Healthcare, and Industrial companies. Stacy’s experience includes leading large, multi-bank financings for Investment Grade issuers to leveraged loans utilizing mezzanine and second lien structures. Stacy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Allegheny College and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and is Series 7 and 63 certified.
