Jay Salitza

Jay Salitza has been a Managing Director of KeyBanc Capital Markets (KBCM) Oil & Gas group since joining the firm in 2015. Mr. Salitza’s area of coverage is upstream exploration & production opportunities involving both private operators and SMID Cap entities. As a registered broker dealer and full service investment bank with capabilities across various product suites, KBCM’s focus is on capital formation via public markets for both debt and equity, private placement opportunities including transactions within the asset-backed subsegment of the capital markets, leveraged finance opportunities involving both offensive M&A opportunities and recapitalizations, and strategic alternatives advisory with clients exploring both buy-side and sell-side transactions. The goal is to create strategic value for clients through use of growth capital or harvesting realized gains with tactical monetization opportunities. Since joining KBCM, Mr. Salitza has been fortunate to have had the opportunity to execute on over 50 transaction opportunities with clients across this product suite.

Prior to joining KeyBanc Capital Markets, Mr. Salitza worked on the energy teams at both Scotiabank and Bank of America.
