Joe Pollock
Cain Brothers Experience
Joe Pollock is a Managing Director focused on public finance transactions for acute-care hospitals and health systems. Joe joined Cain Brothers in 2020 and has over 13 years’ experience advising not-for-profit healthcare providers in a variety of capital raising transactions. Joe has served as lead banker in connection with over $10 billion of tax-exempt and taxable bond issues for providers including national and regional health systems, academic medical centers, independent children’s hospitals, and community hospitals.
Prior Experience
Prior to joining Cain Brothers, Joe was a Director at BofA Merrill Lynch in that firm’s Healthcare Group, where he focused on capital raising for not-for-profit healthcare providers. Joe started his career at the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
Education
Joe graduated from Georgetown University with an MBA and from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a BS in Business – Finance.
