Sunil Abraham

Sunil Abraham is a Managing Director on the KeyBanc Capital Markets Technology Investment Banking team, with a focus on Software. With more than 15 years of experience serving both private and publicly traded software and technology companies, Sunil has advised on more than $30 billion in M&A and financing transactions over the course of his career. He comes to KBCM from Citigroup where he was a managing director in the software group. Sunil also spent time at Nomura and Stifel. He earned his B.A. in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Rochester.
