Julian Bailliet is a Managing Director in the Utilities, Power and Renewable Energy team at KeyBanc Capital Markets. With 20 years of experience in investment banking, renewable energy project development and law, he advises renewable energy developers, owners, and operators on corporate and asset M&A, as well as capital raising. Julian has led a broad range of capital markets and advisory assignments on behalf of major clients such as TotalEnergies, Longroad Energy, AEP, PNM and Scout Clean Energy.

He began his career as a corporate and real estate attorney before moving into founder and principal roles at solar energy development companies.

Based in the San Francisco Bay area for over 20 years, Julian holds degrees from the University of Michigan and The George Washington School of Law.
