Ari Citrin is a Managing Director on the Utilities, Power and Renewable Energy team at KeyBanc Capital Markets. With over 20 years of experience in investment banking and renewable energy project development, he advises renewable energy developers, owners, and operators on corporate and asset M&A, as well as capital raising. Ari has led a broad range of capital markets and advisory assignments, building strong relationships with major clients such Longroad Energy, Madison Energy, sPower, Cypress Creek Renewables, MN8 and Nautilus Power.
Ari began his career with RBC Capital Markets and was a founding member of the Renewable Energy M&A team at MVP Capital before joining KeyBanc Capital Markets. He has lived in the San Francisco Bay area for over 15 years.
Ari holds a double major in business and philosophy from Emory University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson.
