Ryan Pirnat is a Managing Director on the Utilities, Power and Renewable Energy team at KeyBanc Capital Markets. He provides corporate and Investment banking services to utilities, developers, and infrastructure focused clients. With over 25 years of industry expertise, he has led a wide range of financing, capital markets, and advisory assignments.
Ryan has built strong relationships with a vast range of clients such as American Electric Power, Xcel Energy, South Jersey Industries, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, JPMorgan IIF, and PNM Resources and more.
He began his career with Ernst & Young in Chicago and New York, working in the Strategic Finance practice, focusing on valuation, restructuring and capital raising assignments.
Based in Cleveland, OH for over 20 years, Ryan holds a BS degree in Finance from Miami University of Ohio, and an MS in Finance and International Business from Aarhus University in Aarhus, Denmark.
