This community will serve low- to medium-income families at 50% to 80% of AMI (Area Median Income). We want to thank Conifer Realty for their sponsorship and shared mission to preserve much-needed affordable housing across the country.

The financing included a Bridge to Resyndication Loan of $13.23MM.
