Summary
Cain Brothers, a division of KeyBanc Capital Markets, served as the exclusive financial advisor to Waud Capital Partners in connection with the acquisition of BioBridges by Waud’s new pharma services platform company, PharmAlliance Holdings. Prior to this transaction, BioBridges was a wholly owned subsidiary of Soliant Health, a portfolio company of Olympus Partners.
Based on its deep experience across the pharma services and healthcare staffing continuum, Cain Brothers was engaged to serve as Waud’s financial advisor to assist with deal negotiation, M&A landscaping, carveout considerations, and related industry research.
