C3 Impact Fund

Overview

Size $2 Million
CDFI Lending & Investment into Underserved Communities

Summary

KeyBank Community Development Lending & Investment provided a $2 million term loan to C3’s Impact Fund, a Chicago-based organization committed to its mission of empowering women and Black, indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC) entrepreneurs within marginalized communities. C3 will use the proceeds to provide BIPOC and women small business owners with capital to rehab one- to four-unit properties in low- to moderate-income neighborhoods, promoting wealth creation, home ownership, and job creation within underserved communities in Chicago. We want to thank C3 Impact Fund for its commitment and for making a difference in the Chicago community.
