Summary

KeyBank Community Development Lending & Investment provided $14.5 million in financing for the new construction of The Standard, a 51-unit affordable housing project in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Forty units will serve families and individuals earning 20% – 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Supportive services will be offered to residents through an on-site coordinator and will include individual and group behavioral health services, technology education and computer access, fitness programs, and financial literacy classes. We want to thank Beacon Communities and Uptown Partners CDC for their sponsorship and shared mission to build much-needed affordable housing in Pittsburgh.

The financing includes a $14.5 million construction loan.
