In February 2024, KeyBanc Capital Markets (KBCM) successfully closed on $350 million of Senior Notes due in 2027 for GATX Corporation (GATX or the Company). KBCM acted as Senior Co-Manager on the transaction.

In October 2023, KeyBanc Capital Markets (KBCM) successfully closed on $400 million of Senior Notes due in 2028 and $600 million of Senior Notes due in 2033 for Ryder System, Inc. (Ryder or the Company). KBCM acted as Co-Manager on the transaction.

Ryder is a global leader in transportation and supply chain management solutions. The Company’s fleet management solutions provide full-service leasing with flexible maintenance options and its dedicated transportation solutions provide vehicles and drivers. In addition, Ryder’s supply chain solutions provide distribution and transportation services throughout North America and Singapore.

KeyBanc Capital Markets acted as Co-Manager on a $317 million Initial Public Offering for Atmus Filtration Technologies Inc. (Atmus or the Company).

Atmus is one of the global leaders of filtration products for on-highway commercial vehicles and off-highway agriculture, construction, mining and power generation vehicles and equipment. The Company designs and manufactures advanced filtration products, principally under the Fleetguard brand, that enable lower emissions and provide superior asset protection.

On April 26, 2023, Private Export Funding Corporation (PEFCO or the Company) issued $300 million of Senior Secured Notes due 2027 (the Notes) at a spread of +43 bps for a coupon of 3.900%. The Notes drew significant interest from a wide investor base with a couple of strong anchor orders, garnering a total orderbook of approximately $1.0 billion, good for a 3.5x oversubscription. The Company plans to use the net proceeds from the offering to fund outstanding loan commitments. KeyBanc Capital Markets acted as Active Joint Bookrunner on the transaction.

PEFCO is principally engaged in making U.S. Dollar loans to foreign importers to finance purchases of U.S. goods and services. The Company was established by a group of U.S. financial institutions with the support of the U.S. Treasury, the Federal Reserve and the Export Import Bank of the United States (Ex-Im Bank) to assist in the financing of U.S. exports through the mobilization of private capital as a supplement to the financing already available through Ex-Im Bank.

KeyBanc Capital Markets acted as Co-Manager on Adient Global Holdings Ltd’s (Adient) offering of $500 million Senior Secured Notes due in 2028, and $500 million Senior Notes due in 2031.

In February 2023, KeyBanc Capital Markets (KBCM) successfully closed on $300 million of Senior Secured Credit Facilities for Cedar Fair, L.P. KBCM served as Joint Lead Arranger, Joint Bookrunner and Co-Documentation Agent on the transaction.

On June 24, 2022, KeyBanc Capital Markets (KBCM) and KeyBank Business Capital successfully closed a $30 million Asset-Based Revolving Credit Facility for KKSP Precision Machining, LLC (KKSP or the Company), following its sale to Pine Grove Holdings, LLC. Proceeds of this transaction will be used to finance a portion of the acquisition, refinance existing indebtedness, support working capital, and for future strategic acquisitions. KBCM acted as Administrative Agent and Sole Lender on this transaction.

Headquartered in Glendale Heights, IL, KKSP is a manufacturer of high-volume turned metal components for sale to the automotive, construction, HVAC and appliance, heavy duty truck and equipment, and other diversified consumer and industrial segments. KKSP machines more than 350mm units annually for approx. 1,500 unique SKUs. Most parts are made of brass, bronze and copper, and steel, with the remaining made of aluminum. The Company has more than 250 customers, which include Parker Hannifin, Tyco, and Danfoss.

KeyBanc Capital Markets acted as Active Joint Bookrunner on Cintas Corporation's (Cintas or the Company) offering of $400 million Senior Notes due 2025 and $800 million Senior Notes due 2032.

Headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, Cintas is a Fortune 500 company that serves more than one million businesses in all types of industries. Cintas’ diverse customer base ranges from small manufacturing companies to mid-sized hotel chains to major corporations with thousands of employees. Cintas provides rental apparel programs that include professional laundering, inspection and delivery. The Company also replenishes essential cleaning supplies and stocks restrooms with hygiene and paper products. Cintas also provides first aid & safety supplies and PPE, and tests and inspects fire protection equipment.

On March 14, 2022, KeyBanc Capital Markets (KBCM) and KeyBank Business Capital successfully closed on the syndication of a $300 million Asset-Based Revolving Credit Facility (the Revolver) for Tempo Global Resources, LLC (Tempo Global or the Company). The Revolver will be used to support working capital and for general corporate purposes. KBCM acted as Joint Lead Arranger, Joint Bookrunner and Administrative Agent on the transaction.

On March 10, 2022, KeyBanc Capital Markets (KBCM) successfully closed a $600 million Senior Unsecured Revolving Credit Facility for Newmark Group, Inc. (Newmark). Proceeds from the credit facility are expected to be used for general corporate purposes. KBCM acted as Joint Lead Arranger, Joint Bookrunner and Co-Syndication Agent on this transaction.

On January 26th, 2022, KeyBanc Capital Markets (“KBCM”) successfully closed a $600 million securitization for SeaCube Container Leasing Ltd. (“SeaCube”). The transaction is backed by shipping container leases. KBCM acted as Co-Manager on the transaction.

On January 3, 2022, KeyBanc Capital Markets acted as Active Bookrunner on CNO Global Funding’s (the “Company”) $900 Million FA-Backed Notes due 2025 & 2029 (the “Notes”) offering. The Notes priced at respective coupons of 1.650% and 2.650%. Interest on the two Notes are payable on January 6 and July 6, beginning July 6, 2022. The Notes will mature on January 6, 2025 and January 6, 2029. The Company plans to use proceeds from the offering to purchase one or more Funding Agreements from Bankers Life and Casualty Company.

CNO Global Funding is a special purpose statutory trust created on August 18, 2021 for the purpose of, among other things, issuing FA Backed Notes. The purpose of the Company is to: (i) enter into certain agreements in connection with the FABN Program; (ii) issue and sell FA Backed Notes; and (iii) use the net proceeds from the sale of FA-Backed Notes to purchase one or more funding agreements from Bankers Life and Casualty Company.
