About the Summer Analyst Program (10–12 weeks)
KBCM provides its Summer Analysts unprecedented professional development opportunities through a mix of on-the-job training and structured, hands-on experience. The program is designed to provide broad experience across all stages of transaction executions, from pitch phase through closing. Because our Summer Analyst Program is a direct pipeline for our full-time Analyst positions, it offers exceptional potential for you to return to KBCM upon graduation to start your capital markets career.
Candidate qualifications and attributes
- Rising seniors enrolled in a four-year, undergraduate degree program with coursework in finance, economics or accounting
- Minimum 3.5 GPA
- Strong quantitative and critical thinking abilities
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork from past work experience and/or extracurricular activities
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
