About Joe Stone
Joe Stone leads a team of Portfolio Managers and Investment Consultants that provides investment expertise to Key’s most affluent and multi-generational families by integrating Key Private Bank’s investment philosophy and expanding the breadth of investment strategies available to Key Family Wealth clients.
Joe has more than 30 years of experience in the investment and wealth management business. He previously served as a Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager for U.S. Trust Bank of America Wealth Management, where he managed more than $1 billion for high-net-worth individuals, foundations and endowments. He also served as President of Stone Capital Management, a firm he founded in 2000 and later sold to the largest independent bank in Virginia.
Joe received a BA from Marshall University and an MBA from Wake Forest University. He is a Certified Investment Management Analyst and Certified Financial Planner. He also earned the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation and graduated from the Private Wealth Management School of Emory University.
