Paid time off to use for vacation, sick and/or personal reasons.

Employees are eligible for paid time off based on their years of service and career level. For new hires Paid Time Off is prorated based on hire date.

10th – 14th anniversary year 25 days 25 days 25 days

*Based on 40-hour work week
