Key offers support to help you continue your education by providing financial assistance to complete job-related studies at regionally accredited schools.

Overview

Education assistance is available to eligible employees for coursework related to the employee’s current position or a position for which they are currently being trained, as well as business-related coursework (e.g., banking, finance, accounting, mathematics, economics) and coursework required for the pursuit of a relevant degree. There is no limit to the number of courses that can be taken per term.

Tuition Reimbursement Schedule

Undergraduate Courses 100% of tuition up to $6,000 for full-time and part-time employees
Graduate Courses 100% of tuition up to $6,000 for full-time employees
Note: Key will reimburse only tuition and fees related to assessment classes and testing provided coursework is successfully completed and credits are awarded. Key will not reimburse for application costs, registration, textbooks, supplies and various fees.

To apply for education assistance, employees must complete and submit the Education Assistance Application Form prior to starting the course(s). The application must be approved by the employee’s manager. Special exception approval is required for Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) programs, which are paid at 80% by Key.
