Get a quick overview of everything Returned Items has to offer.
Returned Items
Returned item services will allow you to easily attempt collections on deposited items that have been denied by the financial institution from which the items have been drawn.
Viewing & Downloading Returns
From the Image Research Center main page, select Return Item from the Image Type dropdown under Image Search.
Viewing & Downloading Returns
Various options to narrow your search by different parameters will be displayed, including Return Type, Account, Date Returned, Original Deposit Date, Amount, and Maker Name.

Once the desired parameters have been selected, click the Search button.

The search results will be displayed in the Results List. In order to view detailed information about each returned item, select the item link under the Type column.

A window will be displayed with more detail about the transaction.

In order to view the image of the returned item, select the camera icon from under the View column next to a return item.

You can also export returns data as CSV, PDF, or ZIP files. You can choose to download all or download specific returned items using the Export All and Export Selected functionality, respectively.
Returned Item Reporting
An optional, more detailed level of Returned Item Reporting is also available. If you elect this service, click on the Returned Item Reporting button at the bottom of the Image Research Center main page.
Returned Item Reporting
A report will display with information on all your returned items. In this view, you may view images and details about each individual returned item as well as download data. You may also click the Filter button to further refine your search.
