Easier and More Secure

Because no two faces or fingerprints are exactly alike, facial recognition and fingerprint authentication are the fastest, most secure ways used to access your account.

Start Using Facial Recognition Authentication

  1. Go to Settings > Security Center in your mobile device to enable Face ID (iPhone) or Facial Authentication (Android).
  2. Sign in to the KeyBank mobile app. If you’re a first-time user, you’ll be asked if you would like to set up facial recognition. If not, select Set up Face ID (iPhone) or Setup Facial Authentication (Android) and follow the prompts.

If Facial Recognition gets disabled, how do I turn it back on?

Sometimes, such as after you update the mobile app, facial recognition may be disabled and you may need to set it up again. Here’s how to re-enable facial recognition quickly and easily on the KeyBank mobile app:

  1. Uncheck the box for “Remember me.” The username and password fields should be empty.
  2. Follow the prompts to re-enable facial recognition.

Start Using Fingerprint Authentication
